1. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at no additional cost (excluding any applicable payment gateway fees) if the product has not been shipped within 4 working days from the date of purchase.


b) Cancellation After Dispatch

If the order is cancelled after the product has been dispatched, the refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges and any applicable gateway fees.

2.1. - 7 Days Return Policy

Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible to request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if the product meets any of the following conditions:


a) The product is damaged, defective, or does not meet our Quality Control standards, or significantly differs from the product description on our website.

b) The product is missing parts, accessories, or included items.

2.2 – Warranty Policy (Post 7 Days)

Syntronic reserves the right to determine the most suitable service method based on your location. Service options, availability of replacements, and response times may vary across different cities or states.


Warranty Coverage

a) Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 1 year (based on the warranty selected at the time of purchase).

  • Battery and adapter are covered under a 6-month warranty.

b) Not Covered Under Warranty


  • Physical damage or misuse is not covered.

  • Note: If an extended warranty is purchased, it applies only to manufacturing defects.

Warranty Processing Timeframe

The resolution process may take up to 30 days, as it involves multiple steps such as technician visits, pickup/delivery, and warehouse repairs.

If the issue is not resolved within this period, Syntronic may offer a replacement or refund based on a depreciation value of 1% per month, calculated from the date of delivery.

2.3 – Conditions for Return

To ensure a smooth return experience, the following conditions must be met:

a) The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

b) It must not be damaged during your possession and should be the same item originally shipped.

c) Devices with personal data must be wiped clean before returning. Syntronic will not be liable for any misuse of such data.

d) Returns due to buyer error or change of mind (e.g., wrong model/color ordered) may be accepted, subject to a restocking fee.*

e) Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Syntronic is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.

2.4 – Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team via the Contact Us page. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

a) Do not return products without prior approval; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

b) In certain cases, a technician visit may be arranged to assess the item’s condition. The technician's report will determine return/replacement eligibility.

c) If the product fails our Quality Check (Section 3.1), the return will be accepted without any deductions.

d) For approved replacements, the new item will be shipped within 24–48 hours after the original unit is received at our warehouse.

2.5 – Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

a) Products not in their original condition.

b) Items damaged due to customer mishandling, except for replaceable components (e.g., keyboard, back panel).

c) Customized or personalized products.

3 – Refund Process

Return to Origin (RTO): Undelivered Products Returned to Sytronic

Once the undelivered product reaches our warehouse, a refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.

The refunded amount will be processed within 7 business days, excluding courier charges (except in cases such as unserviceable areas or misrouted deliveries).

Delivered Orders – Customer-Initiated Returns (Defective/Non-Defective)

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected within 24–48 hours. Post verification, a refund will be initiated within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.

Additional fees may apply depending on the reason for the return:

Defective Product – No deductions other than depreciation for usage duration (as per return policy).

Non-Defective Product – A restocking fee of minimum 10% or 3% per month (whichever is higher) will apply. Any customer-induced damage may incur additional deductions (see Section 3.2).

4. Buyback Program

You may return your product at any point during the warranty period under our Buyback Program. The buyback value will be calculated based on a minimum depreciation of 10% or 3% per month, whichever is higher, less any costs associated with customer-induced damage or defects (refer to Section 3.2 for details).

5. Policy Updates

Syntronic reserves the right to amend or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
All changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. We encourage customers to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

6. Company Discretion

Syntronic reserves the right to:

a) Decline a return if the product does not comply with the stated return conditions.

b) Restrict returns or exchanges for customers with a pattern of excessive or improper returns.

c) Make the final decision on whether a product qualifies for return, replacement, or refund.
